Hip Glossary – Beatles, The

Beatles, The: John, Paul, George and Ringo. Does anyone NOT know who these guys are? That is a testament to how great this band was. Originally from Liverpool, England the Beatles took America by storm in 1964. It was the start of what became known as “The British Invasion.” They went on to record some of the most popular singles and albums in history. There was something about the synergy of their talents and their willingness to push the music experience in new directions that took us all on a Magical Mystery Tour we can never forget.
