Richard Nixon: President of the United States from 1968 until his resignation in 1973, after the Watergate scandal led to an impeachment vote. Nixon had an enemy list and let FBI directory J. Edgar Hoover compile secret info on those who fought against the war in Vietnam. Supposedly Nixon prolonged the Vietnam War to ensure his election. Nixon used “dirty tricks” to break the law and then cover it up.
