today of all days

today of all days
my eyes open wide to a new world
containing things that are strange for my eyes to see
with this new world comes new life
a life that no other will know
in this life there are many unborn
ideas ideas that others have not percieved
visions of life in this new world
are of a wonderful loving life
where your dreams come true
in this new world
it is hard to see the way things were
in the dark dismal world of my after life
i learned all new things in my new life
one thing i have not understood is
why am i a gnat?
